Tour of the Haciendas

Get to know the various corners of our state on this tour. We'll take you to see the two beautiful haciendas (country estates) of the region: Tenexac and Santa Barbara. Both are very old but each has its own special ambience, one with a bullfighting character and the other with a mystic, country appeal, and both are nestled in the countryside away from the bustle of the city. You will also discover the craft of making pulque in the town of Terrenate, and along the way you'll enjoy the 'drink of the gods'.
